1. Photography Services

• Session fees are required to reserve your time.
• Session fees are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once with 48 hours’ notice.
• Images are copyrighted by Erica Lane Photography and may not be altered or redistributed.
• Print and digital purchases are final.
• Shipping times vary; please allow 2 to 8 weeks for delivery.

2. Fine Art & Book Purchases

• All artwork and coffee table books are sold as final sale unless damaged in shipping.
• Shipping times vary; please allow 2 to 6 weeks for delivery.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or print vendors.
• If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue.

3. Promotions & Gift Certificates

• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated.
• Gift cards or session credits are non-refundable, but are non-transferable.
• Expiration dates apply.

4. Intellectual Property

• All images, artwork, book content, and website content are the intellectual property of Erica Lane Photography.
• No part may be reproduced or used without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for injury, loss, or damages arising from use of our website or services.
• We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or error-free content.
